gluey group

The Gluey Group is an artist group founded by Ned Bartlett and John Campbell. A multidisciplinary approach to art-making is essential to the work of the group; it is the art, ideas, and GUIGluey project that creates the "glue" that brings the group together. By bringing together different artists and makers from different disciplinary backgrounds, the group is able to collaborate and create work that is more than the sum of its parts.

Ned Bartlett is an artist and educator working in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. His multimedia, interactive artwork focuses on audience participation and discourses around collection and display. He believes that art is created in the interaction between artwork and viewer, and he strives to create pieces that can facilitate peoples' positive and engaging experiences with art. While maintaining a studio art practice, he also works as a sessional instructor at the University of Regina and as a field supervisor at First Nations University of Canada.
